Great program! Make sure and rest one day in between. I used the squat, situp, and pull up workout also. Took me about 45 min to 1 hr to complete all four workouts.
Week 4 is tough, you will hit the wall; however push through as day 2 week 5 lowers reps but adds sets up to 8. Several people stop or get stuck on week 4 keep pushing.
I saw a noticeable difference in strength and appearance in 3 weeks.
