Hard to understand

Cant figure out how to use this. I dont like the text fields you manually edit for the push-up count.

Good app

I like this app. It is simple to use and works well. A very challenging program. It is handy and even times your rest between sets. I still have to do 100 pushups though. In time I will.

Great program! Make sure and rest one day in between. I used the squat, situp, and pull up workout also. Took me about 45 min to 1 hr to complete all four workouts. Week 4 is tough, you will hit the wall; however push through as day 2 week 5 lowers reps but adds sets up to 8. Several people stop or get stuck on week 4 keep pushing. I saw a noticeable difference in strength and appearance in 3 weeks.

I like it!

I find the amount it gives you per day ok. I have to do girl pushups though, because I cant even do 1 actual pushup and it wanted me to do 3 the first day. It still makes my arms sore though!

Requires upgrade to full product

I found this app because of the website. I loaded it because I thought it was reflective of that website. After 3 weeks, I was prompted to upgrade to the full product. Why would I do that? Apparently the full program is free online. I decided to use the website for the rest of the program. Ive finished week 3, started week 4, and Im going strong. I think the program works, although Ive had to add some stretching to avoid injury.

Its a great app especially if you stay committed and use it everyday... Went from 20 to 50 push-ups in about 2 weeks so far... Only workout I do once a day.

Wish I hadnt upgraded to full version.

It always resets to day 1 week 1 after 2 days. My full rep count keeps going up but the plan doesnt. I have reloaded twice and still does it. Can I get my buck back?

Been using this app for a few months. Totally cool!! Im banging out push-ups better then my 17 yr old son. Can not recommend this app enough!!!!

How is this so highly rated?

Having tried this app I was very disappointed. The plan accelerated me to week 3 immediately based on my ability, but then it didnt ask if I was ready to start. The interface was pretty confusing and low res, a crude effort overall. Considering how simple a trainer the 100 push ups program is it wouldnt have taken much to have polished the details of the app

Stupid app

"How many push ups can you do?" 12. First day: 13 push ups on the 2nd set. If 12 is my max how do you expect me to do 13?
